7-Day Return Policy
You may return the vehicle within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup for a full refund, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team within the 7-day window. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the vehicle is received and inspected.
By purchasing a vehicle from ReposVehicles, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. VEHICLE CONDITION: All vehicles are sold "AS-IS" without any warranty, express or implied. The buyer acknowledges that repossessed vehicles may have mechanical, cosmetic, or other issues.
2. IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION: Buyers must provide a valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's License) to complete any purchase. This is required by law and for fraud prevention.
3. PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment is due upon invoice generation. Payment must be received within 7 business days of invoice date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the order.
4. TITLE TRANSFER: Vehicle titles will be transferred to the buyer upon receipt of full payment. Title transfer processing may take 15-30 business days.
5. PICKUP/DELIVERY: Buyers are responsible for arranging vehicle pickup or delivery within 14 days of payment confirmation. Storage fees may apply after this period.
6. RETURNS/REFUNDS: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising from vehicle purchases will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state laws.
8. PRIVACY: Personal information and identification documents are collected solely for transaction verification and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. LIABILITY: ReposVehicles Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the purchase or use of any vehicle.
10. GOVERNING LAW: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Delivery & Pickup
In-Person Pickup: After payment is confirmed, please allow 3-4 business days for us to complete all paperwork and release the vehicle title. You will be notified when the vehicle is ready for pickup.
Shipping: If you choose shipping, we will contact you with a shipping cost estimate. The vehicle will be shipped to the address you provided. Shipping timelines vary by location.
